Nicole Schmitz Senior National Sales Manager

12 Years In The Industry

With a focus on the Midwest region, Nicole Schmitz collaborates with clients to create completely custom solutions tailored to each specific meeting and event need. Since her arrival in Las Vegas from Rochester, New York in 2013, Schmitz has continually expanded her expertise, holding positions at various recognizable destinations before joining the Fontainebleau team in 2021.

Nicole Schmitz brings 12 years of hospitality sales experience to her role as Senior National Sales Manager at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the brand’s first expansion from its iconic Miami Beach location. With a focus on the Midwest region, Nicole assists clients by offering customized solutions tailored to their specific meeting and event needs.

In 2013, Nicole relocated to Las Vegas, from her hometown of Rochester, New York, and joined Caesars Entertainment as a Sales Manager. Later, she held roles as Senior Account Executive at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Senior Sales Manager at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. In 2020, Nicole joined the pre-opening team at Resorts World Las Vegas as National Sales Manager.

In her free time, Nicole loves to travel and indulge in all the fabulous food and beverage that Las Vegas has to offer.

Jessica Perkins, CMP, HMCC National Sales Manager

An award-winning sales professional who has built her career around the belief that collaboration is key to any successful endeavor, Jessica Perkins oversees the East Coast market with a speciality in pharmaceutical events. Before working with Fontainebleau Las Vegas, she served on the pre-opening team of Resorts World, where she booked over 95,000 room nights.

Believing that collaboration is the key to any successful endeavor, Jessica Perkins makes it her mission to work with each client at every step to create a transformative event that attendees will never forget. Bringing over 10 years of experience to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, she currently handles the East Coast market as a National Sales Manager with a specialty in pharmaceutical events.

Perkins is an award-winning sales professional who joined the pre-opening team of Resorts World to book over 95,000 room nights. Her in-depth knowledge of what her customers' needs are and educating herself on the latest industry trends allows her to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of her customers.

When she’s not attending industry events, Perkins can be found exploring the city’s many hiking trails with her three dogs, discovering new cuisine on and off The Strip, and imagining herself as the next Alex Morgan when playing indoor soccer.
