Danielle Strong

Executive Director of Catering and Events

A 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Danielle Strong provides strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of the expansive luxury meeting and event operations at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, with a focus on catering and weddings. Danielle joined Fontainebleau Las Vegas following more than 10 years as Associate Director of Catering and Conference Services and Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager. During her tenure, she oversaw all aspects of the resort’s Catering and Conference Services and served as its COVID Compliance Officer with certification from Meetings Professional International (MPI). She previously served as Managing Director for Sterling Events; Owner and President of independent meeting and event planning company CDS Events; and as National Account Manager for Experient.

Amanda Taormina

Associate Director of Catering and Events

Amanda Taormina is responsible for growing Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ reputation as a world-class destination for catering and events, and she brings a track record of successful event execution and catering management experience that spans more than 10 years and multiple Las Vegas Strip properties. She is a UNLV graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Hotel Administration with an emphasize in Meetings and Events Management  Amanda holds certifications from the International Sommelier Guild and the Society of Wine Educators.

Jameson Knop

Sr. Manager, Catering & Events

Jameson Knop’s role is to continue put Fontainebleau Las Vegas on the map as a global destination through the conception and execution of world-class catering and event experiences. Jameson came to Las Vegas after graduating from Arizona State University and rose through the ranks, serving in multiple roles including Senior Account Executive of Catering and Conference Services, Manager of Group Reservations, Manager of Catering and Conference Services, and Weddings Sales Manager.
